CHRIS W. SMALL – CHAIRMAN & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mr. Small currently leads Arrowpoint Corporation as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He founded Arrowpoint in 2000 as a “veteran-owned” small business to deliver a variety of information technology and professional consulting services to both government and private sector clients to include delivery of software solutions and network operations services.
Prior to founding Arrowpoint, Mr. Small served as the Legislative Director and Chief Lobbyist for the National Guard Association of the United States. He directed the national lobbying efforts in support of the nearly 500,000 members of the Army and Air National Guard to ensure funding for personnel, equipment and facilities throughout the 54 states and territories. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Small served in various command and staff assignments within the Department of the Army, National Guard Bureau and Army National Guard. He served as the Army National Guard Liaison in the Army’s Office of Legislative Liaison.
Mr. Small is a former Legislative Fellow with the Government Affairs Institute of the prestigious Brookings Institution. While on fellowship, he served as a Legislative Assistant in the office of U.S. Representative John M. Spratt from South Carolina. He supported the Congressman on National Security and Veterans Affairs issues to include land combat systems procurement, NATO expansion and military healthcare.
Mr. Small is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Guard Education Foundation and a retired life member of the National Guard Association of the United States.
KEVIN MARTIN – VICE PRESIDENT & CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Mr. Martin is responsible for growing the highly dynamic systems delivery and technology innovation business at Arrowpoint.
Mr. Martin is a proven IT strategist and program manager with 20+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions for the U.S. Department of Defense and other US Civilian Federal Agencies. He is adept at building strong, cohesive and diverse teams to deliver architecture, implement infrastructure, and deploy software solutions within scope, on time and under budget. Mr. Martin’s business acumen centers on his ability to identify and select opportunities for performance improvement, cost control, and productivity increases. Years of service and commitment to innovation and integration in the DOD arena, has built Mr. Martin’s reputation as a lead strategist and pioneer in the technology market.
