Chris W. Small - Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Small has provided the leadership and strategic guidance for Arrowpoint for nearly a decade. Prior to founding Arrowpoint, Mr. Small served as the Legislative Director for the National Guard Association of the United States (NGAUS), where he directed the lobbying efforts for a national non-profit in support of the National Guard while coordinating with the White House, Congress, and Department of Defense on National Security Policy issues relating to the National Guard and reserve forces. He is a retired Army National Guard officer who has served in a variety of command and staff positions, culminating as a Legislative Liaison for the Secretary of the Army. Mr. Small is a member of several professional organizations to include AFCEA, NDIA, AUSA and has served as Chairman, NGAUS Corporate Advisory Panel.

William Zanow - Senior Vice President
As a member of Arrowpoint's senior management team Bill Zanow utilizes his experience as a certified Program Management Professional (PMP) with more than 18 years executive-level experience in managing budgetary performance, business development and contractual compliance. Bill is a hands-on manager, skilled in leading professional service organizations, and currently heads the West Coast team of Arrowpoint professionals. He holds a graduate degree in Systems Management from USC, previously served as an career Army Officer and earned the status of Master Aviator while flying helicopters.Wendell Long - Vice President Strategic Development
As the Vice President of Strategic Development, COL (R) Wendell Long utilizes his experience as a senior leader in both the military and commercial sectors to critically examine processes for improvement. His Just Results attitude and leadership approach allows Wendell to lead diverse teams of contractors to support government improvement efforts. He has lead several Arrowpoint teams, as well as several outside contractors, in the expert delivery of solutions for unique demands through efficient and tailored processes. He served for 30 years in the United States Army and has led efforts that redesigned reserve component training, personnel processing, Army readiness reporting, and mobilization processes.
Timothy Carroll - Manager, National Guard Programs
Tim Carroll serves as the manager for current National Guard programs in the National Guard Bureau in the NGB Joint Staff and Army National Guard Readiness Center. His responsibilities include support to NGB J-1, NGB Legislative Liaison, Army National Guard Directorates such as G-1, G-4, G-6, and office of the Director Army National Guard. He is also responsible for identifying new business opportunities throughout the Department of Defense and with other agencies. Tim is a retired National Guardsman and served in the Pentagon, the NGB Joint Staff and the Air National Guard Headquarters. He served for almost five years as the Air National Guard Director of Logistics managing all ANG logistics programs nationwide. He has served in the Headquarters USAF Installations and Logistics as Deputy Weapons Systems Division Chief for all USAF weapons systems. He also served for two years as the National Guard Bureau Deputy Director NGB J-4 Logistics and Engineering where he was the Chief National Guard Bureau's representative to the BRAC Commission and as NGB J-4 led the National Guard logistics response to hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
Brian "Bo" Bolander - Director Network Operations
Brian "Bo" Bolander leads Arrowpoint's operations program at the Army Data Center/Navy Sea Logistics Center in Fairfield, California. Bo joined Arrowpoint in November of 2008, and leads a multi-disciplinary team of information technology professionals responsible for Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco, Solaris and RedHat systems. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Bo combines his three years experience as a managing consultant in Afghanistan and Iraq with 14 years of US Air Force IT operations to plan, resource, and execute multi-million dollar Army and Navy projects in one of the most complex datacenters in the Department of Defense.
Henry Kaylor - Director of Information Technology, Army National Guard
Henry Kaylor is currently the Director of Information Technology, Program Management Office New Addition Army National Guard Directorate. He is responsible for coordinating all IT design, development, and implementation of IT resources for this new facility. During his 25 year career, he has been responsible for the various IT collection processes, includes acquiring all the requirements, prioritizing and validating these requirements, expressing the requirements to the designers & developers, than managing requirements as they change and ensuring the requirements have been satisfied to the customer's expectations. He has managed efforts through the utilization of system engineering techniques, managed through the use of an engineering workgroup involving all the functional staff throughout the design, development, and construction phases. As a leader and visionary in IT development, he has successfully been directly responsible for designing and implementing some of the largest Wide Area Networks, Distance Training Technology Program (DTTP) and many other IT related programs in the world.
William "Bill" Reeder - Director. Fairfield Operations
Bill Reeder has been with Arrowpoint since January 2005. He began as a Senior Windows Administrator, and in January 2006, became the Manager for the NSLC Network Operations Group, operating one of the most complex data centers in the United States military and through his "lead-by example" style, Bill has streamlined and improved operations at this critical Navy facility. In January of 2009, Bill became the Director of Operations for our Fairfield Development Office. He currently manages 6 web and application developers working with Microsoft .NET, Delphi, PowerBuilder, and Oracle technologies. He also provides a broad range of ancillary skills in program and process management, financial requirements management, and contract proposal writing. Bill is trained in building and datacenter design, security and implementation. Bill currently holds CISSP and MCSE certifications and is currently pursuing an MCITP with Exchange certification as well as a CCNA certification. Bill has worked in the private sector as a senior administrator and retired from the Air Force in 2001. Bill's dedication and commitment to the customer exemplifies Just Results.
Bill Stanton - Director, Concord Operations
Bill came to Arrowpoint in 2005 with extensive experience in the banking software industry and was previously the owner of two small software development businesses. His experience developing secure applications applies directly to Arrowpoint's military contracts, and he leads the technical staff on two major contracts at the Arrowpoint Concord office: Retroactive Stop Loss Pay and TurboTap. Both are very visible efforts for the Army and directly serve our soldiers. Bill is one of the few technicians in the country holding the GSSP .NET Secure Software Professional certification and leads the teams to develop secure, reliable, responsive solutions for Arrowpoint government clients.
Frank Yoakum - Director Government Relations & Project Manager
SGM (Retired) Frank Yoakum brings the depth and breadth of his military and non-profit experience to a focused convergence to lead a multi-million dollar project assisting transitioning military members and their families to find and use their earned benefits. With his final military assignments including personnel policy and legislative liaison activities while on the personal staff of the Chief National Guard Bureau, Frank culminated his 31 years with the US Army. Immediately he put his passion to action, lobbying Congress and advocating on behalf of National Guard and Reserve members as the Legislative Director for the largest Army and Air Force enlisted military service association, representing over 415,000 men and women soldiers and airmen before Congress on a daily basis. He now potentially affects the lives of every service and family member in all five active and seven reserve components of America's military.
